A New Way to Wellbeing

Modern life often leaves us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and constantly switched on.

Whether you’re seeking strength, stillness, or connection, each offering is designed to support your wellbeing from the inside out.

MOVEMENT

EVENTS

Our Pillars

At Waeve, our three pillars work together to nurture a deeper connection between mind, body, and community. Through mindful movement, moments of stillness, and shared experiences, we create space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover a more balanced approach to everyday wellbeing.

Why WAEVE?

At WAEVE, wellbeing isn't about doing more. It's about creating space to listen, restore, and reconnect. Through psychology-informed practices, movement, mindfulness, and community, we support a more sustainable approach to feeling well. One that honours both body and mind.

The Founder

Meet the face behind WAEVE

WAEVE was created by Eloise, a psychology graduate, meditation teacher, and Pilates instructor with a background spanning wellbeing, behavioural science, and luxury client experience.
At the core of her work is a simple interest:
How do we come back into relationship with our bodies in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and real?

Today, Eloise’s practice sits at the intersection of psychology, movement, and nervous system awareness.
Through Waeve, she creates experiences that combine Pilates, meditation, and community, designed to support strength, regulation, presence, and reconnection.
Her approach is grounded, accessible, and intentionally non-performative. Focused on helping people build a lasting relationship with their wellbeing in real life.
